There is a reason God never intended for us to walk through life alone. Many of the burdens we carry become heavier simply because we carry them in silence. Shame tells us to hide. Fear tells us no one will understand. Pride whispers that we should be able to handle everything ourselves. But God's Word tells a different story.
This week's journey is about taking one courageous step—sharing your burden.
Galatians 6:2 reminds us, "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." God created community so we could encourage, strengthen, and pray for one another. Your Sisterkeeper isn't there to judge you; she's there to stand beside you. Sometimes healing begins the moment someone says, "You're not alone."
If you're ready, reach out to your Sisterkeeper this week. Be honest about what you've been carrying. Allow someone the privilege of praying with you and reminding you of God's promises. You may discover that the burden you've held for months or even years begins to feel lighter simply because someone else is helping you carry it.
If sharing with another person feels too difficult right now, begin with God. Find a quiet place. Sit with Him in your prayer closet and tell Him everything you've been holding back. Nothing surprises Him, and nothing is too heavy for Him to carry.
Remember, healing is a journey, not a single moment. Every honest conversation, every sincere prayer, and every act of surrender is another step toward freedom.
This week, don't just carry your burden—share it. Healing often begins when truth is spoken, grace is received, and hearts are willing to trust again.
What burden have you been carrying in silence that God may be inviting you to share this week?
Spoiler Alert…. Next week we will RELEASE IT ALL!!!
