Hello SisterKeepers! Today, God is calling us to a higher level of trust which is based on our faith. Hebrews 11:6 says “But without faith it is impossible to please
God. We must entrust ourselves to God, commit to His plan already in place and put our confidence in Him. Look with me in Numbers 13 where we find the report of the 12 scouts that went out to survey the land. 10 of them were negative because they allowed fear to set in. They gave plenty of reasons for entering the land, but they could not stop focusing on their fears and reported the descendants of Anak were strong giants and their cities were fortified and very large. Verse 33 says, the 10 scouts “saw themselves as grasshoppers in their own sight.” Let me say this woman of God, “fear is an ugly monster.” Fear never wants us to see what God sees in us. Fear never wants us to know our true worth. Philippians 4:13 says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Don't let the spirit of Anak the giant keep you from entering into the promises of God for your life. Every day we are faced with some type of challenge, whether it’s tough situations or difficult people. God promised us in Hebrews 13:5 “to never leave us nor forsake us” and then verse 6 says: We can boldly say: “The Lord is my helper, I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
When we have that type of mindset and we trust God at His Word, nothing will be able to stop or hinder us from entering into the promises of God. My SisterKeepers, don't let the difficulties of life blind you from God's power to help you. Have a spiritual mindset like Joshua and Caleb. You can conquer because God is on your side. I love you and have a blessed day.
